Cancellation

• Full refunds available for cancellations before order production or shipping, with refunds processed within two business days.

• No cancellations are accepted once the order has shipped.

Returns

• Eligible within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Contact us for the return address.

• Return shipping fees are borne by the customer

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within two business days.The expected arrival time of the refund in your account is also within two business days from the date of processing.
